Luis Aguirre leads LATAM GTM and Partnerships at Persona and is a founding member of Persona LATAM. Based in Mexico City, Luis is accelerating Persona's growth across the region, building on the company's established presence serving many of Latin America's leading fintechs, marketplaces, and financial institutions – including Nubank, DolarApp, and Félix. Having spent his career in the LATAM market, he brings deep, hands-on knowledge of the IDV landscape, helping institutions across Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil solve KYC/KYB, fraud, and compliance challenges as they scale. Before Persona, he spent nearly four years at fintech lender Xepelin, where he rose from Corporate Account Executive to Head of Corporate Customer Success – leading a team responsible for over 70% of company revenue – before stepping into the Head of Corporate Client Acquisition role. Having owned retention, expansion, and new-business acquisition end to end, Luis brings a rare full-lifecycle perspective on how companies win customers, keep them, and win them back.
